Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Babaji Shivram Clearing & Carriers Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Recruitment and HR Operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordination of interviews with department heads
• Offer letter preparation and issuance
• Handling campus hiring initiatives

HR Operations:

• Managing onboarding process for new employees
• Completing all joining formalities and documentation
• Conducting employee induction and orientation sessions
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR (Freshers with HR qualifications may apply)
• Good understanding of recruitment practices and HR operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related tools will be an advantage
