Job Title: Retail Sales Officer (RSO)
Department: Sales
Location: Pimpri, Bund garden, Aundh, Baner, Laxmi Road
Reporting To: Store Manager
Experience Required: 04 years (preferably in retail or customer-facing roles)
Education: 12th
Job Summary:
As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Your role is critical in achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly.
- Guide customers through the selection process and complete the billing.
- Meet or exceed category-wise and overall sales targets.
- Manage returns, repairs, and exchanges professionally.
- Maintain stock levels and report daily stock status (opening, sold, closing).
- Ensure attractive and compliant product displays in your section.
- Secure high-value stock and report discrepancies or theft promptly.
- Support in-store marketing, VM updates, and local promotional events.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complaints as per company policy.
