HR & Admin Executive
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR | Admin Executive to oversee and support our HR and administrative functions. Whether you're a fresher with potential or a professional with experience, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Followup the recruitment process, including sourcing, onboarding.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized databases for personnel, financial, and operational records.
- Provide consistent support to team members and management across departments.
- Take initiative, be punctual, and maintain reliability in all assigned responsibilities.
Requirements and skills
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of office management procedures.
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
Bond period: One year.
CTC per annum: 2.5 to 2.8 LPA
Interview Procedure: 1st round: HR round.2nd round: Technical round.
