About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a multinational environment, contribute to process improvements, and gain exposure to international accounting practices.

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Delhi / Remote
Qualification: B. Com
Experience Required: 4+ years in Accounts Payable / SAP
Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and efficiency by challenging existing processes.
- Ensure timely invoice processing and maintain ageing reports of payables.
- Act as Point of Contact (POC) for statutory, internal, and tax audits related to AP.
- Work extensively with SAP and contribute to SAP integration projects.
- Handle ad-hoc payment and compliance requirements including TDS and GST reconciliation.
- Perform regular vendor reconciliations.
- Manage foreign remittances and documentation (Form 15CA, 15CB).
- Serve as POC for international accounting matters.
What Were Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in AP/AR roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and eagerness to learn new tools.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, book closure, and MIS processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask effectively.
- High ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
