    Summary: 
    Oversees day-to-day operations of real estate development and property management, ensuring efficiency and profitability. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Manage property operations including maintenance, leasing, and tenant services. 
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. 
    • Monitor budgets, expenses, and performance metrics. 
    • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers. 
    • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations. 

    Skills & Qualifications: 

    • Degree in Business, Real Estate, or Facilities Management. 
    • Experience in property or construction operations. 
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills. 
    • Proficiency in property management software.
