Summary:
Oversees day-to-day operations of real estate development and property management, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property operations including maintenance, leasing, and tenant services.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Monitor budgets, expenses, and performance metrics.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Real Estate, or Facilities Management.

Experience in property or construction operations.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Proficiency in property management software.
