Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive (Off-Roll) to support our daily warehousing operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse/inventory handling, good coordination skills, and a strong understanding of standard operating procedures in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities such as inbound, storage, outbound, and returns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners for smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate stock management, documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
- Support in physical stock audits and cycle counts.
- Escalate operational issues to reporting manager and help in resolving them.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance.
- Work in shifts as per business requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and WMS tools.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive and proactive approach.
