Job Overview

Build strong relationships with clients.
Manage daily communications (Basecamp, email, calls)
Follow up on tasks, ensure accountability weekly.
Handle client updates, meetings, and escalations on time.
Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Design teams.

Candidate Profile:

2+ years of relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
High accountability and ownership of client accounts
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
