Role & responsibilities
Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Contract Type: Contractual (Extension based on performance)
Location: Flipkart Farrukhnagar / Kalash (Large Site)
Gender: Male (only Preferable)
Position Overview:
As an HR Business Partner(HRBP) at Flipkart, you will play a critical
role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. You will act as a
strategic partner to various business units, driving HR initiatives that support
organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing contractual employees.
- Managing their Joining and exit formalities.
- Conducting inductions for new joiners.
- Create a pool of candidates with the help of workforce agencies.
- Conducting surveys of employees.
- Provide payroll variable inputs.
- Employee engagement activities.
- Handling grievances of employees
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related
field. Masters degree or HR certifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational
development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
