Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing industry (C2H).
Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes including sourcing strategies and interview techniques for implementation Partners.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
