Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with strong experience in Robot Framework, Manual Testing, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and executing full-stack tests across complex systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test cases, both automated and manual.
• Develop and maintain robust automation scripts using Robot Framework.
• Identify, isolate, and document defects thoroughly and clearly.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide inputs for test strategy and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Troubleshoot test failures and support root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework and test automation tools.
• Solid understanding of manual testing concepts and best practices.
• Working knowledge of Agile development practices and tools like Jira.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
