We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Retention Executive in a Voice / Blended process. This is a customer support role focused on engaging with existing customers to resolve issues, improve satisfaction, and encourage continued service usage.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls or chats.
Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Promote customer loyalty by providing accurate information and a great support experience.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issue resolution.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
Requirements:
Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi OR English and Local Language.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Must be a quick learner with a customer-first mindset.
