Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer engagement, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell banking/financial products and services to customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and references.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and goals.
Provide excellent post-sales service and support.
Prepare and maintain daily reports and client databases.
Requirements:
0 to 5 Years of relevant sales experience (preferably in BFSI sector).
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate / MBA (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must own a two-wheeler vehicle (not mandatory for female candidates).
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
