Job Description

    Customer Service:
    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a courteous and professional attitude.
    • Provide accurate information about diamond certification processes, timelines, and services.
    • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
    Back Office Operations:
    • Assist in data entry, documentation, and report generation related to diamond testing and certification.
    • Coordinate with lab technicians and quality control teams to ensure timely processing of orders.
    • Maintain inventory records and manage logistics for sample tracking.
    • Support billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as required.
