Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator Cyber Literacy Training Programme to support and manage the implementation of cyber literacy training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, training programs, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the smooth execution of cybersecurity awareness and education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of cyber literacy training programs.
- Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Develop and maintain training schedules, materials, and resources.
- Monitor and report on program progress, participant engagement, and feedback.
- Support outreach initiatives to promote cyber literacy programs.
- Manage logistics, including venue arrangements, online platform setup, and participant communications.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely program delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the cyber literacy program.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in education, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in cybersecurity education or training initiatives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity awareness principles and digital literacy.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, JIRA, etc.).
- Familiarity with online training platforms and e-learning methodologies.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in cybersecurity awareness campaigns and educational outreach.
