Job purpose Responsible for successful execution of E-mail campaigns and
delivery infra Duties and responsibilities The primary responsibilities
will involve, Executing the email campaigns on behalf of our customers in the
expected timelines. Doing primary level HTML modifications as per customer
request. Analyze and monitor customers email campaigns delivery Sharing
campaign delivery reports with customer Understanding responding to primary
level customer queries / issues over phone or email / ticketing system Analyze
and identify process changes or product enhancements required suggest if any.
Emailrelated technologies, including MTAs, SMTP, DNS, FBLs, whitelisting,
authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Assist in executing and evangelizing email
marketing program strategies Reporting/Analysis, track and analyze key
performance metrics. List Health, monitor maintain email deliverability best
practices and data cleanup (unsubs, inactives, etc.) Managing overall process
to drive and achieve incremental sales and customer acquisition and retention.
Build strong relationships with Postmaster Teams, industry experts. Develop,
produce, and leverage reporting to determine the effectiveness of email
strategies. Communicate critical performance metrics including weekly, monthly
and quarterly program performance. Recommend new ideas and innovations to grow
and improve site/store traffic and revenue while optimizing contact strategies
for overall database health. Keep current with digital marketing industry
trends and best practices. Partner and coordinate work with outside agencies as
required. Identify opportunities to optimize our email campaigns Attend
customer daily/weekly/monthly calls. Resolve blocks, blacklist listings and
direct abuse complaints through work with customers, ISPs and antispam
organizations Built tools to collect and report email system metrics and KPIs
Work with Operation team with IP/ domain DNS set up Proactive monitoring of
deliverability stats, reports, bounce and complaint rate to identify email
delivery problems and resolve them through work with customers, ISPs and
antispam organizations Participate in deliverability and antispam industry
groups and forums to keep informed of industry trends and help resolve issues
that may arise Work with product management and engineering to optimize product
features for deliverability and compliance Work closely with our Technical
Account Management team to support the onboarding and ongoing support and
proactive monitoring of our customers. Contribute to deliverability best
practices documentation and blog posts Analyze raw bounce logs and create
custom deliverability reports Represent the company at industry and company
events. Hands on PMTA functionality, configurations and commands Spam filtering
techniques and products Email bounce types
