Production Support Engineer @ HTC Global Services

Job Description

• Must have working background in Production support.
• Sound understanding for IIS Server and good knowledge/ experience in IIS Server configuration, troubleshooting or any other web Server.
• Hands on experience in Load balancers.
• Excellent understanding of API proxies, API troubleshooting and integrations, certificates.
• Good understanding of Cloudflare and familiarity with the working knowledge of DNS.
• Good knowledge on APM, troubleshooting API/ application flows and PowerShell/ Scripting.
• Should be able to deliver hands on support in troubleshooting windows servers issues.
