Manage a team of 20-30 members along with ATLs & SMEs Strong in Customer focus, People Management skills Ensure Daily, weekly & Monthly deliverables are seamless Identify areas of Improvement on quality & Efficiency to work with team on the same Daily, weekly & monthly report management
Prior experience working for Tax process (US Mortgage ) .
