Compensation administration and payroll

Sourcing guidelines (for sourcing partner reference only)
Double verify that candidate has excellent communication skills (More than 20% rejection due to comm skill will lead to pausing the demands)
Interview process: 1 level HR screen --> Ops round --> Versant test (50& above) + online test
Night Shift only. (Cab facility is provided)
Need immediate joiners (Notice period 30 days or less)
