Engineering Lead @ e Zest

Job Description

e-Zest Solutions Ltd. is looking for Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• Technical Leadership:Lead and guide a team of engineers, providing technical expertise, mentorship, and support in project execution
• Set technical direction, define best practices, and enforce coding standards within the team
• Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical strategies
• Architecture and Design:Collaborate with architects and other team members to design scalable, efficient, and high-performance software/system architectures
• Review and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry best practices
• Code Review and Quality Assurance:Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure code quality by implementing best practices and quality assurance measures
• Implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and robustness of software systems
• Team Collaboration and Communication:Foster collaboration and communication within the engineering team and cross-functional departments
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record of technical leadership and project management
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages, tools, and technologies related to the project or industry
• Strong understanding of software/system architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both within the team and when collaborating with stakeholders
