Job Description

Must have good communication skills - Written & verbal
Must have working knowledge on windows server support (L1 level)
Must have working knowledge on Linux server support (L1 level) (Good to have not mandatory)
Must have working knowledge of ticketing tool (any) (e.g. Service now, etc.)
Must have working knowledge of monitoring tool (any) (e.g. APM, HP IMC, etc.)
Scheduling tool (good to have) - (e.g. Control-m)

Must have knowledge on ITIL processes is a must
Must have multitasking skills
