Job Description

  • Identify competitive strengths and weaknesses to inform our value proposition and messaging
  • Monitor industry publications, news sources, and social media to stay ahead of competitor moves and market shifts
  • Target Account Management: Leverage win/loss data, competitive intel, and industry insights to refine and evolve our target account list
  • Analyse firmographic and technographic data to identify high-potential customers who align with our ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging for different account segments
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay up to date on emerging technologies, market trends, and customer behavior shifts relevant to the Martech landscape
  • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Partner with the research team to proactively identify and analyze market signals that could impact our business
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage internal data sources to extract valuable insights
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends for stakeholders
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns, resource allocation, and overall strategy

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Passion for the Martech industry and a keen understanding of its competitive landscape
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and research teams
