    Job Title: Customer Care Executive Telecom

    Department: Customer Service / Support
    Location: Bangalore
    Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Team Leader
    Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract


    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our telecom support team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across voice, email, and chat channels.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats related to telecom services (mobile, internet, landline, etc.)

    • Provide accurate information regarding products, plans, billing, and technical support.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues efficiently.

    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or technical support.

    • Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal databases.

    • Ensure a high standard of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

    • Meet or exceed daily KPIs such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score.

    • Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance regulations.

    • Promote and upsell additional telecom services or plans where applicable.


    Requirements:

    • Education: High school diploma.

    • Experience: 02 years in a call center or customer service role.

    • Skills:

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

      • Basic technical understanding of telecom services

      • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

      • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office


    Working Conditions:

    • Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays

    • Office-based / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)

    • May involve overtime depending on business needs


    Preferred Attributes:

    • Previous experience in customer support

    • Knowledge of telecom regulations and billing systems

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
