We are looking candidate for Technical Project Manager profile.
Exp: More than 10 years experience required
Ctc upto 22 Lpa
Location : Mohali
Key Responsibilities
. Manage and Lead the entire IT Team, Including developers, Infrastructure engineers, and QA Personnel.
. Drive the planning, Execution, and delivery of software and infrastructure projects.
. Oversee project timelines, task allocation, and progress tracking using too; like JIRA.
. Provide hands on technical guidance in PHP based application development and AWS Infrastructure.
. Ensure System Scalability, Performance, and security across environments.
. Interact directly with clients for requirements gathering, project updates, and onboarding support.
. Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and non technical stakeholders.
. Review code and technical documentation to maintain high quality and compliance with best practice.
. Continuously assess team performance provide mentorship and drive improvement initiatives.
. Proactively identify, evaluate and implement emerging technologies and best practice to improve system architecture, development process and team productivity.
. Client Management
. Risk Management,
. Incident Management
. Change Management configuration
. Real time GPS Tracking, Google Maps, API, Payment Gateway worldwide, Handle PCI requirements of security Compliances requirements.
