Job Description

Job Title: Tender Head Government Projects (Construction)
Location: Indore / Nearby City
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Civil Engineering
Experience: 5+ years

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Tender Head to independently manage the government tendering process for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete ownership of government tenders from identifying opportunities to downloading and evaluating documents.
Preparing BOQs, conducting rate analysis, and estimating costs.
Submitting technical and financial bids as per deadlines.
Coordinating with government departments and internal teams for queries, clarifications, and documentation.
Managing all activities related to e-tendering portals (CPWD, PWD, etc.).
Maintaining records and tracking status of submitted tenders.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in handling construction tenders is mandatory.
Should be based in Indore or nearby city.
Strong documentation and coordination skills.
Civil Engineering background preferred.
