EDI Business Analyst

What Youll Do

Gather and analyze business requirements for EDI integrations
Design and document specifications based on EDI standards (UN/EDIFACT or ANSI-X12)
Create map specifications using GEFEG.fx; collaborate with developers for custom needs
Coordinate across internal IT teams (TMS, WMS, OMS, CW1, ESB, eDC)
Drive testing lifecycle: Product Testing, UAT, and Go-Live
Provide Hypercare support (Silver/Platinum level) and EDI troubleshooting
Ensure timely communication and progress tracking
Thrive in a multicultural, self-organized team

What You Bring

Experience with EDI standards: UN/EDIFACT or ANSI-X12
Working knowledge of FTP, SFTP, AS2 communication protocols
Familiarity with XML, XPATH, SQL
Experience in Transport / Warehousing EDI lifecycle (preferred)
Exposure to TMS / WMS / OMS systems
Strong analytical & communication skills
Ability to work in cross-cultural teams
Bonus: Involvement in pre-sales, documentation, or scope change management
