Job Description: Creating, maintaining, testing, and debugging the entire back end of an application or system.2 Collaborate effectively with product development and customer-facing teams to enable robust automation and seamless operations.3 Handling the outages and scheduled activities during the shifts.4 Researching, developing, and implementing new tools and processes to improve and automate Operational Support5 Own and continuously improve our service offering.

Essential Skills:Working knowledge in Linux operating system to handle SAP Basis and DB commands and administration. Experience in performing different type of client copies and related activities. Knowhow of SAP add-on upgrade, Support package upgrade.
