Application Support Specialist @ Kiya.ai

Job Description

Application Support role for ADP eTime and related HR/payroll systems. Youll be making sure these applications run smoothly, applying patches and updates, fixing issues, and supporting the technical team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain the ADP eTime portal (fix issues, reboot/reset as needed)
  
• Apply patches and updates to the portal and related tools
  
• Help design and maintain the application architecture
  
• Support the technical team when needed
  
• Test and fix any issues with the software
  
• Maintain and manage related HR applications (ADP Celergo, ADP GlobalView, Workday HR)
  

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working with ADP eTime or global access management platforms.
  
• Work Timing:
• 2 PM11 PM shift
