Note: Workday Certification is Mandatory

Experience: 3 - 6 years
Key Skills - Functional role
1 ) Must have active Workday Certification

2) Workday Implementation experience of at least two projects.

3 ) 3 to 6 years of experience in Workday Core HCM, Security, Core & Advance Compensation, Talent &

Performance Management, Recruiting, Reporting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management & Time Tracking.
4 ) Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on above mentioned modules.
5 ) Understanding of any industry would be a plus
6 ) Excellent Communication Skills
