Experience: 5 to 7 years
Employment Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shift (24x7 Support)
Notice Period : Immediate- short joiners only eligible (Serving np)

What Youll Do
As part of our IT Application Production Support team, you will:
Manage application incidents, service requests, and change implementations.
Support critical production environments (L1/L2 level).
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA adherence.
Collaborate with global teams (Italy, Paris) for handovers and escalations.
Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and cloud migration initiatives. What Were Looking For
Technical Skills:
Strong in RedHat Linux, AIX 7, Windows Server
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, DB2 databases
Knowledge of WebSphere Application Server, MQ Series, Axway CFT
Proficiency in Shell Scripting, Python, and Ansible
Familiarity with IBM Cloud or Cloud-Native platforms (PaaS)
Tools: ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Monitoring & Backup Systems Process Knowledge:
Hands-on with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Experience in high availability & disaster recovery environments Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational support environment
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies. Bonus: Basic understanding of Italian is a plus! Why Join Us?
