Roles and Responsibilities

Provide customer support through email, chat, or other digital channels.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using computer software.
Work on night shifts as per business requirements.
Participate in BPO non-voice processes such as chat processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in a similar role (customer support/data entry).
Strong communication skills with excellent written English proficiency.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
Basic knowledge of computer operations and internet usage.
