Job Description: - An opportunity in a Leading MNC
Position - SCM Planning Lead
Location - Mumbai (Kandivali)
Work Experience - 2 to 5 years
Notice Period - Immediate candidates preferred

Job Objective:

• Systematic planning of material activities such as machine, parts, etc. to meet SCM
  
• excellence in terms of desired quantity, quality, cost and time
  

Primary responsibilities:

• Strategic and planning
  
• To control MRP process of Machines and Spares
  
• To maintain optimum Inventory through proper planning
  
• SAP development and support to internal customers
  

Functional:

• Controlling MRP process of machines and attachments to ensure correct
  
• requirements generation.
  
• Analysing the system Generated Purchase against the requirement and releasing it
  
• to Procurement team
  
• Ensuring timely purification of Material Masters
  
• Conducting the Shortage list meeting with Assembly, Stores and Purchase team for
  
• smooth Production of the machines and ensure preparation and publishing project
  
• wise shortage and material status
  
• To ensure material availability for each project as per monthly invoicing plan.
  
• Periodic review and modification of MOQs of B and C class components in order to
  
• have material availability with optimum inventory
  
• To ensure smooth and systematic internal material movement
  
• Maintaining RMC of various machines and communicating to Sales as and when needed.
• Making the Batch planning data as per the projection provided by Sales team
  
• Attending the SOS meeting
  
• Maintaining the ISO documents of SCM Function
  
• Releasing the Purchase request to Procurement team for Procurement of Material
  
• Coordinating with Engineering team for any BOM correction against the Sales order
  
• Coordinating with Internal Customers for Material Movement & Inventory Control
  
• Coordinating with Internal Customers for Shortage List Finalization
  
• Co-ordinating with Sales & Service for Projections, RMC etc.,
