We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with a strong background in cloud-native development and Kubernetes to join our Caplink product engineering team. Caplink is a cutting-edge web-based platform built using Angular and Java microservices, with a robust technical and functional roadmap ahead.As part of this mission-critical role, you will play a key role in enhancing application capabilities, optimizing performance, and contributing to the future of the platform. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
Deploy and manage containerized services in multi-zone Kubernetes environments
Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security
Work with Hibernate and relational databases (SQL Server) for data persistence and tuning
Collaborate on front-end integration with Angular and write unit tests using Jasmine & Karma
Automate infrastructure and ensure application availability, scalability, and observability
Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvement What Were Looking For
57 years of hands-on experience in enterprise Java applications
Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes
Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate
Experience with REST APIs, multithreading, and design patterns
Good knowledge of SQL Server, procedures, packages, and query tuning
Exposure to Angular, Jasmine, and Karma (good to have) Bonus Skills
CI/CD pipeline setup and automation tools (Jenkins, Docker)
Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
