Job Description

• In-depth Software development, Team Management, Architecting and Project Management skills
  
• Own long-term technology and product research and development roadmap for software related deliverables.
  
• Lead, coach, and manage the software development, applications, testing and data teams.
  
• Work alongside and collaborate with software architectures in developing technical roadmaps.
  
• Collaborate with sales side resources on new opportunities understanding delivery requirements, architectures, solutions, and providing input in economic models.
  
• Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best
  
• practices for the delivery of scalable and high-quality software.
  
• Participate in strategic planning to provide critical insight into company and client planning and organization of resources and tools to meet business requirements.
  
• Research and investigate methods for improving software quality.
  
• Create, plan, and manage the overall quality strategy. Manage project financials, budget, and work to maintain stated profitability targets by the project.
  
• Consistently bring strong, data-driven business and technical judgment to decisions.
  
• You will assess risk, drive clarity, and create the correct sense of urgency for delivery
  
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, UX design, project/product management, and testing teams, seeking to impact overall product efficiency and quality.
  
• Ability to impact multiple projects in parallel and is able to handle dynamic tasks, scheduling and priorities.
  
• Ensure projects achieve exceptional functional and non-functional quality.
  
• Understanding of large scale, high availability software systems running in the public cloud, like AWS.
  
• Experience with a cloud platform such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure, ThingWorx
  
• Knowledge of hardware, automation and manufacturing related entities is a must.
