Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage chat process, email process, blended process, POI (Process Outsourcing International), semi voice processes for clients.
- Ensure efficient handling of customer queries through effective communication skills.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in processing tasks assigned by the client.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Provide timely updates on task progress to supervisors or managers as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry with expertise in Chat Process, Email Process, Blended Process, POI (Process Outsourcing International) and Semi Voice processes.
- Strong understanding of international call center operations and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software or similar tools.
