Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and extending offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruiting best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and conducting reference checks.
- Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 2 to 8 Years of experience.
- Experience recruiting for Healthcare domain is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
