Role & responsibilities

• Review and edit academic, scientific, or technical content for grammar, punctuation, syntax, and style.
• Ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, and structure across documents.
• Collaborate with authors, content creators, and publishing teams to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Apply client-specific style guides (APA, AMA, Chicago, etc.) and follow e-publishing best practices.
• Perform quality checks and final proofreads before publication.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in language editing, copy editing, Technical copy editor.
• Strong command of the English language with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital publishing tools and style guides.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
