Job Description

Viva Engage Implementation Specialist
5 to 8 years total experience, including:
2+ years specifically implementing or managing Microsoft Viva Engage.
Seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Viva Engage. The ideal candidate should have expertise inMicrosoft Viva Engage deployment and integration with Microsoft 365 at Enterprise
Strong understanding of collaboration tools and employee engagement strategies
Project management skills to handle end-to-end implementation.
Experience in customizing Viva Engage to meet business needs.
Ability to train and support users on best practices for adoption and usage.
This role requires a blend of technical and business acumen to ensure successful adoption and use of the platform across the organization.
