Job Description


  • 15 + years of experience in project execution using Java Technologies/Frameworks with Banking Domain.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end software development life cycles (SDLCs) , engineering processes and systems.
  • Experience in Java, JEE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, SQL, JPA, REST API.
  • Experience in Microservices and Domain driven design architecture.
  • Knowledge in Git/Bitbucket, Maven, CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of message queues like TIBCO EMS, Kafka.
  • Actively working with team members in design, development, and implementation.
  • Strong Project management skills with expertise in Agile, Water fall methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and organization skills with excellent communication, time management, project planning, people and team building skills.
  • Experience at summarizing and clearly articulate issues and risks to project team and management.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
  • Excellent Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Technical & Project Management certifications are desired.
  • Has organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Drive project execution.
  • Providing technical solutions to business requirements.
  • Holding regular technical design/development meetings to determine progress and address any challenges.
  • Building strong relationship with client and team members.
  • Ensuring project progress against defined milestones and deadlines.
  • Guide the team on technical design and implementation.
  • Communicating with client and stakeholders.
  • Trainings assignment and tracking to closure for team members.
  • Assessing risks and communicating on time.
  • Manage, project dependencies, communicate and author changes to the Business , which includes all scope increases, decreases or clarifications.
