Years of experience: 1 to 6 years (Immediate joiners)

Overview

• Contract drafting, reviewing, vetting and negotiation
• Review of contracts with Clients NDAs, MSAs, SOWs
• Review and preparation of Agreements to be entered into with Vendors
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Contribute and enhance the organizations legal processes, leading to improved risk management, enhanced compliance, efficient legal operations
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws
• Understanding of license agreements, software development.
• Co-ordinate and assist fellow team members in daily operations
