Opening for Relationship Manager role into Customer Acquisition JOB DESCRIPTION

Position title: Online Relationship Manager
Locations: Thane & Dadar
Department: Digital Acquisition
Qualification: Min Graduate
Experience: 1-4 years exp

Organizational Relationships

Reports to: Team Leader Purpose of the Job

To acquire clients digitally.

Key Responsibilities

Assist prospects in the DIY Journey and guide them in the account opening process.
Promote / Pitch benefits of trading with IIFL.
Maintain high quality standards - provide all prospects with a WOW experience.
Ensure all leads contacted within Stipulated TAT.
Regular Follow up on all pending leads.
Cross Sell 3rd party products.

Acquisition of Clients & Relationship Management

Role Specific Competencies:

Excellent communication skills.
