ServiceNow ITOM Developer (612 Years Experience)
Location: PAN India Hybrid Work Model Only
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage ServiceNow ITOM modules:
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
Operational Intelligence
Maintain and optimize CMDB, MID Server configurations, and integrations with monitoring tools.
Create customized dashboards, alerts, and reports.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and automation.

Required Skills:
6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM
Proficient in Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management
Experience with IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
Strong communication and analytical skills
