• Recruit and train Life Mitras (insurance agents)

• Drive business targets and manage team performance

• Ensure high-quality business in line with company standards

• Follow company guidelines and compliance

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be a graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Preference for candidates with sales or insurance background
