Job Description

Manage daily airline and travel ticketing operations across all channels
Supervise and train the ticketing team to ensure accuracy and productivity
Handle complex itineraries, re-issuances, refunds, and schedule changes

Required Candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Tourism, Business, or related field
Minimum 510 years of experience in ticketing operations
Proficient in GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)
