Overview of Role:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible to maintain invoices pertaining to sale and purchase of goods. The individual will report to the Accounts Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing sales invoices in Tally and company software
• Preparing delivery challan for goods delivered
• Preparing transfer purchase vouchers and transfer sale vouchers
• Booking expense journal against sales promotion and free gifts
• Booking credit note for sales return
• Checking jewelry display stock & repaired items on daily basis
• Maintaining and updating stock record on a daily basis
• Preparing branch ledger reconciliation
• Preparing packing list for export invoice

Prerequisites:

• Graduate with a minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Sales invoicing)
• Proficiency in Tally
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Hardworking and ability to meet deadlines
• Detail oriented and enthusiastic
• Reliability and stability
