Job Description

Responsibility / Requirement :

Able to lead Mine Operations management Team and all Mining Personnel & Resources
To prepare & implement Operational Plans for Mine and to monitor progress and submit progress reports to management
Propose Capital Expenditure projects to expand / improve capacity or operations
Able to prepare production and operation budgets and monitor / report performance and costs
Able to recognize / identify operational technical & safety challenges and to take proactive action to prevent / overcome them
To work closely with Maintenance Department to ensure continuous, safe and efficient operation of mine
Oversee new projects such as installation of new equipment or opening of new mines
Oversee manpower planning and coordinate recruitment of staff at site to ensure smooth operations of mine

Qualification/Skills required :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mining, Engineering or equivalent.

At least 12-15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to plan and delegate work to achieve results

Able to work independently and as a Team as and when required

Good organizational skills and able to motivate subordinates

Good analytical thinking, mature

Good and effective communication skills; spoken & written

NOTE :

A. Candidate should have extensive experience in Project Management in open cast coal mining as mentioned above.CV MATCHING MENTIONED REQUIREMENT ONLY BE FORWARDED TO OUR CLIENT.
