Experience: Freshers/Experience

Language required: English+Tamil/kanada/Malayalam/Gujarati/Assamese/Bengali

CTC: 18-23k CTC

Work Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming, or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
Understanding client requirements and offering product; accordingly, answering potential customers questions and follow-up call questions.
Need to adhere to the shift adherence.
Good Communication skills required.
