Job Description

The candidate should have:

1. Knowledge of Exotic Materials viz. Titanium, Tantalum, Hastelloy, Zirconium, Nickel Alloys, etc.

2. Knowledge of manufacturing of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors, etc.

3 Project Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans.
Define the operational workflow and schedule activities at a micro level to ensure timely
execution.

4. Resource Management:

Estimate manpower, resources, and time requirements for project activities.
Ensure adherence to schedules through daily, weekly, and monthly progress monitoring

5 Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, minimize costs, and enhance quality.
Provide actionable insights to the manufacturing and inspection teams.

6. Vendor & Subcontractor Management:

Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
Ensure high-quality execution of processes such as fabrication, machining, forming, and heat treatment

7. Documentation & Procedures:

Prepare essential manufacturing documents, including layout plans, fabrication procedures, and testing & inspection plans.

8. Cross-Departmental Coordination:

Collaborate with various departments to resolve technical and commercial challenges
