Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a robust sales pipeline and funnel strategy for Passive Funds (Index Funds and ETFs) at the regional level.
Build and expand the distribution business by activating Retail MFDs, RIAs, National Distributors, and Wealth outfits.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with intermediaries and direct clients to ensure sustained engagement and sales growth.
Organize and lead knowledge sessions, workshops, and events to strengthen client relationships and promote product awareness.
Collaborate with product and research teams to secure approvals for Passive Products from NDs, Wealth Outfits, and Private Banks.
Identify product gaps and ideate new offerings tailored to market demand, contributing to product innovation and launch.
