Detailed job description - Skill Set:
Skills required for the job are:
Hyperion Infrastructure Management skill is required for managing and supporting the infrastructure of Oracle Hyperion applications. Key duties include:
- Installation and Configuration: Setting up Hyperion systems (e.g., Essbase, Planning, HFM).
- Maintenance and Monitoring: Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring availability.
- Upgrades and Patching: Applying updates to keep the infrastructure secure and efficient.
- Backup and Recovery: Implementing data backup strategies and recovery solutions.
- Security Management: Managing user access and securing the environment
- Needs basic knowledge of HFM application
- Candidate should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute assigned tasks.
- Candidate should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers.
- Candidate should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team.
- Candidate expected to work in US business hours shift and provide support to client personnel till their 5pm EST.
- Oncall support coverage will also be required at times, based on business needs
