Job Description

ServiceNow platform development experience: Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations, and APIs.
*Virtual Agent expertise: Hands-on experience in designing and building conversational flows and topics within the ServiceNow Virtual Agent module.
*Natural Language Processing (NLP) understanding: A solid understanding of NLP principles and practical experience in creating conversational flows.
*Familiarity with NLU Workbench: Experience in configuring and optimizing Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models.
